BRYCE MANN'S GUN DOGS is located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Central California in the small town of Tollhouse. Bryce began training hunting dogs 29 years ago. He started with Weimaraners and now currently owns and raises German Shorthaired Pointers.

Bryce currently trains pointing, flushing and retrieving dogs of all varieties for upland game and waterfowl hunting. Over the years, his dogs have held many local and state titles.

For the past 12 years, Bryce has been a gun dog handler for various hunt clubs and he provides handling and training dogs for the Heritage Game Bird Program's Family, Ladies, Junior, and Wheelchair Pheasant Hunts. He is the former co-director of the National Bird Dog Challenge Association for the State of California. Bryce also conducts seminars for such groups as Ducks Unlimited, CDFG Advanced Hunter Education Programs, and the Western State Gun Dog Expo. He is a featured seminar trainer and representative for Tri-Tronics and Armadillo Foam Corporations. Bryce is also a Patron Life Member of the National Rifle Association and proudly serves as a member of the NRA Members Council.

Bryce provides specialized training for dog owners who are mobility impaired. He is an advisory member for the California Department of Fish and Game, dealing with handicap access. He is also the current President of the California Wheelin Sportsman.

Bryce has written articles for Gun Dog Magazine, Pointing Dog Journal, and Gundogs Unlimited online magazine. He has also done interviews and articles for Western Outdoor News and Outdoor California magazine and for TV (Bird Dogs Forever), radio & newspapers.

In addition to dog training, Bryce runs a California based guide service for all types of fish and game. He has recently expanded his guide service by adding Doug Richesin to his team. They will be expanding their guide service to Alaska for a true north western big game hunting and fishing experience.
